Senator Halford, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent that the             
Resources Committee referral be waived on SENATE BILL NO. 39                   
An Act relating to hazardous chemicals, hazardous materials, and               
hazardous waste.  Without objection, the bill was referred to the              
Judiciary Committee.
